  • The MC will be activated on completion of an application form which is available for completion and submission.
  • The applicant hereby agrees that all information provided is true and accurate. The information provided is confidential and will not be made available to a third party of your bill.
  • The “Cash Points” value will be electronically credited to your MC on presentation of the card at time of payment and will be available to spend on future bills 7 days from time of transaction.
  • “Cash Points” are treated the same as cash. No minimum balance is required before they can be used, and 1 point has the value of 1 cent.
  • The cardholder can redeem the entire available balance or part thereof.
  • The cardholder can build a credit balance over a period of time or use the credit as it becomes available to spend.
  • Points accumulated are valid for a period of 1 year and continue when renew the MC
  • To redeem your points, hand your MC when paying your bill, and indicate the value you would like to redeem.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used as gratuity.
  • As a MC member, you acknowledge that all merchants has permission to notify you of all promotions and special events.
  • On purchase of your card, at a once off cost of (20% – 70%) credit will be loaded onto your card for you to spend on your next visit or other merchants place.
  • A fee of 50LE will be charged for the replacement of a lost MC card.
  • MIZA CARD official side reserves the right to terminate a membership, and will duly inform the cardholder 5 (five) business days in advance of termination.
  • The applicant acknowledges that the MC program is managed, controlled and secured from any liability that may arise from usage or ownership of the MIZA card.
